Q: What is the right way to take the four Master Supplements, Inc. products together?

A: There is no wrong way, but there are "best ways". Here's how to get the most out of these powerful supplements:

Start by taking 1-2 Theralac capsules daily until regularity improves. You can take a scoop of TruFiber at the same time daily to boost Theralac's effectiveness.
Always take Theralac after taking antibiotics for 2 weeks to restore your beneficial microflora. Theralac can also be taken during antibiotic treatment, just allow 3 hours of separation between the antibiotic and Theralac.
Take TruFiber to increase Theralac's effectiveness. 1 - 2 servings daily is recommended. A serving of TruFiber contains 14% of your recommended daily fiber, and mixes clear with no grit or taste.
Take 1 - 2 Enzalase with your largest meal of the day for indigestion. Enzalase can also be taken daily for systemic health.
For a Gentle Colon Cleanse, take 2 Enzalase and 2 servings of TruFiber nightly for 10 - 14 nights. This can be done 2 -3 times per year and will increase the performance of both Theralac and TruFlora.
Use TruFlora in place of Theralac (separate by at least 24 hours) for conditions such as chronic constipation and traveler's diarrhea.
Children's Theralac is the same proven formulation as regular Theralac, but comes in granular form so it is easy to administer children (or adults) who may have difficulty swallowing capsules.
Rotate Theralac and TruFlora to optimize the probiotic diversity in your digestive tract. Alternate taking two TruFlora one week and two Theralac the next (about 3 days apart). Continue to alternate both products to maintain normal regularity.
